Shipping and Delivery Policy

The average estimated delivery time for products is 7 to 15 working days , which may vary depending on certain factors such as postal service delays, customs procedures or strikes. Other circumstances beyond our control may also influence delivery times.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number , which will be emailed to you within 5 business days . Tracking is available from the time the order leaves the warehouse until it is delivered to the address provided.

Deliveries are generally made by La Poste or other logistics partners. In the event of the recipient's absence or delivery restrictions in certain areas, a calling card may be left for collection at the nearest post office.

In our experience, 85% of orders are delivered within 15 days of shipment.

Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. It cannot be changed after 24 hours , and cancellation of the order will no longer be possible after this period.

In case of return of the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer . If the package is returned to us, a new delivery time will be communicated from the date of confirmation of the reshipment.
